Returns & Refunds – Because Sometimes Things Get Sticky
At I Am Hot Honey, we pour our heart, soul, and sass into every jar — but we know sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s how we handle returns, refunds, and any unexpected honey drama.
Pre-Sale Orders are Final
Because our first 500 jars are part of a limited pre-sale, all pre-orders are final sale. Once you’ve claimed your lucky jar number and locked it in, that jar is officially yours, honey! We can’t offer refunds or cancellations on pre-sale orders — but we promise, the sweet heat will be worth the wait.
Damaged or Defective Jars
If your jar arrives looking like it salsa-danced a little too hard during shipping, we’ll make it right. Please email us at hello@iamhothoney.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we’ll either replace your jar or refund your order. We want you happy — and sticky, but only in the right way.
Wrong Order? We’ll Fix It
If we accidentally send you the wrong jar (hey, even queens make mistakes), email us right away and we’ll get the right jar dancing its way to your doorstep.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued for:
• Jars damaged in transit (with photo evidence).
• Wrong items shipped.
• Issues caused directly by our hive (a.k.a. us).
We do not offer refunds for:
• Change of mind (once you’ve tasted the heat, you’ll understand).
• Pre-sale orders after they’ve shipped.
• Jars opened and enjoyed a little too much (nice try, honey).
