Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 500g boneless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into cubes
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 red onion, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp I Am Hot Honey (plus more for drizzling)
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt + pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers (soaked in water 30 mins before grilling)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, BBQ sauce, smoked paprika, and I Am Hot Honey.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Thread chicken, peppers, and onion onto skewers.
- Grill on medium-high heat, turning often, until chicken is cooked through (about 10–12 minutes).
- Drizzle extra I Am Hot Honey over the skewers before serving.
