Ingredients

 (serves 1)

  • 1 frozen banana 🍌
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (plant-based or whey)
  • 1 tbsp I Am Hot Honey 🔥🍯 (already loaded with matcha, kelp & 9 more superfoods)
  • ½ cup frozen mango 🥭
  • ½ tsp cinnamon 🌿
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice) 🥛
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (for fibre & omega-3s)
  • Small handful spinach or kale 🌱 (optional, for extra greens)
  • Ice cubes (for a thicker, frosty texture)

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
