1. What makes I Am Hot Honey so… hot?

Oh honey, where do we start?

We took premium New Zealand Manuka honey (already a queen in the honey world), spiked it with chili and wasabi heat, balanced it with a kiss of apple cider vinegar, and boosted it with collagen to keep you glowing inside and out. This jar doesn’t just bring the flavor — it brings the fire, sass, and superfood magic.

2. Is it really spicy?

Let’s just say it’s got a kick with a kiss. The chili and wasabi hit your tastebuds first, but the Manuka sweetness smooths it all out. It’s hot enough to make your pizza sweat, but not so hot it’ll make you cry. Unless, of course, you’re into that sort of thing.

3. How do I use it?

However you like it, honey! Drizzle it on fried chicken, pizza, or dumplings. Stir it into your morning coffee (yes, really!). Glaze meats, dip spring rolls, or add it to your cocktails. Or, let’s be real — eat it straight off your fingers.

4. What’s up with the jar and lid?

We don’t do boring, and we definitely don’t do waste.

• Our jars are made from upcycled materials — waste from the honey industry itself.

6. How does the competition work?

It’s time to pick your lucky number, honey! When you check out, you’ll get to choose a jar number from 1 to 500. When your jar arrives, flip it over and check the bottom — if you see the golden salsa crown, you’re our spicy winner! Follow the instructions included to claim your prize and don’t forget to show off your win on social media with #IAmHotHoney and tag us so we can salsa right along with you.

7. When will my honey ship?

This is a limited pre-sale, honey bunch.

Our first batch of 500 jars will ship September 1, 2025, just in time for winter chills or summer sizzle — depending on where you are in the world.
