Meet your new go-to: the Hot Honey Halloumi & Mango Breakfast Stack. She’s bold, bright, and definitely not basic. We’ve skipped the bacon and turned up the flavour with golden fried halloumi, juicy mango, creamy avo, and a serious drizzle of I Am Hot Honey to finish. Because sweet heat makes everything better, especially when it’s real.
Ingredients:
- 200g halloumi, sliced
- 1 ripe mango, sliced or cubed
- ½ avocado (smashed or sliced)
- 4 slices of your fave toast (sourdough, grainy, gluten-free—up to you)
- Fresh mint, coriander or microgreens
- Optional: chilli flakes for that extra fire
- 1 wedge of lime
