🍯 The Secret? I Am Hot Honey

Our I Am Hot Honey is made with real Manuka honey, chili, ginger, apple cider vinegar, and a hint of smoked paprika — sustainably sourced, naturally spicy, and unapologetically delicious.

🥢 Thai Sticky Chicken with Mango & Coconut Rice

Ingredients:

For the Chicken (or tofu):

  • 500g boneless chicken thighs (or tofu for plant-based)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce (or vegan fish sauce)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp I Am Hot Honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp chili flakes (optional, for extra kick)
  • 1 tsp cornflour (for thickening)

For the Coconut Rice:

  • 1 cup jasmine rice
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup water
  • Pinch of salt

To Serve:

  • 1 ripe mango, sliced
  • Fresh Thai basil or coriander
  • Crushed peanuts or cashews
  • Lime wedges

👩🍳 Directions:

  1. Marinate with Attitude
    Mix soy sauce, fish sauce, lime, garlic, ginger, and I Am Hot Honey. Add chicken or tofu and marinate for 30 mins (or overnight if you’re playing the long game).
  2. Coconut Rice Like a Boss
    Combine rice, coconut milk, water, and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce to low and simmer covered for 15 mins. Let it sit 5 mins before fluffing.
  3. Sticky & Sexy
    In a hot pan, cook the marinated chicken/tofu in sesame oil until golden. Add the leftover marinade and cornflour. Stir until it reduces to a sticky, glossy, finger-licking glaze.
  4. Build the Buzz
    Scoop coconut rice into a bowl, lay on the sticky chicken, top with mango slices, crushed nuts, and herbs. Finish with a drizzle of I Am Hot Honey and a wedge of lime.
