Stars, Stripes, sizzle - I Am Hot Honey Grilled Peach and Burrata Skewers 

Red, white… and golden. This 4th of July, ditch the basic BBQ and set your taste buds free with a bold twist on freedom food.

We’re talking grilled summer peaches, creamy burrata, and a fearless drizzle of I Am Hot Honey. Sweet, smoky, spicy — just like a good party guest.

These skewers are:

✔️ Ridiculously easy

✔️ Eye-catching on a platter

✔️ Perfect for vegetarians (or anyone pretending to be one until the hot dogs arrive)

🍑 Ingredients (Makes 6–8 skewers):

  • 3 ripe peaches, cut into thick wedges
  • 1 ball fresh burrata (or mozzarella balls if you’re feeding a crowd)
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Balsamic glaze (store-bought is fine, you’re not Martha)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • Skewers
  • A generous drizzle of I Am Hot Honey to finish

🔥 How to Make Them:

  1. Brush peach wedges lightly with olive oil. Grill on medium heat for 2–3 mins each side until caramelized.
  2. On each skewer, thread a peach wedge, basil leaf, a scoop of burrata (or mozz ball), and repeat.
  3. Hit it with salt, pepper, and a cheeky drizzle of balsamic glaze.
  4. Finish with I Am Hot Honey — the magic touch.
  5. Serve immediately. Fireworks optional.
