You don’t need a pantry full of powders or a nutritionist in the kitchen. You just need real ingredients, a hot pan, and a jar of I Am Real Honey to take breakfast from boring to buzzing.
REAL HONEY PANCAKES
Ingredients:
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 1 cup milk (any kind)
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- Butter for the pan
- I Am Real Honey – as much as you dare to drizzle
Method:
- Mix the flour, milk, egg and salt in a bowl until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat with a touch of butter.
- Pour ¼ cup of batter into the pan for each pancake.
- Flip when bubbles appear. Cook until golden.
- Stack, drizzle generously with I Am Real Honey, and devour while warm.
Serving Suggestion:
Top with fresh banana, Greek yogurt, or a handful of nuts. But honestly? Just real honey does the job. And does it well.
