Hot Honey Whipped Feta Toast with Roasted Cherry Tomatoes

Perfect for a lazy Sunday brunch reel with a drizzle and a shimmy.

 

Ingredients:

• 1 cup feta cheese (crumbled)

• ¼ cup Greek yogurt

• 1 tbsp olive oil

• Crusty sourdough bread, toasted

• 1 cup cherry tomatoes

• 1 tbsp I AM HOT HONEY

• ½ tsp chili flakes (optional extra heat)

• Fresh thyme or basil (for garnish)

• Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Roast the Tomatoes:

Toss cherry tomatoes with a splash of olive oil, salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Roast at 200°C (390°F) for 20 minutes until blistered and juicy.

2. Whip the Feta:

In a blender or food processor, combine feta, Greek yogurt, and olive oil. Blend until smooth and creamy.

3. Toast It:

Crisp up slices of sourdough in a pan or toaster. Rub with a little garlic if you’re feeling extra.

4. Assemble:

Spread that whipped feta thick. Top with roasted tomatoes. Drizzle generously with I AM HOT HONEY.

5. Finish with:

Fresh herbs and an extra flick of chili flakes if you dare and repeat after me - I AM HOT HONEY!
