Hot Honey Stuffed Dates with Crunchy Cacao & Nut Butter

Ingredients:

   •   10 Medjool dates (pitted)

   •   1/4 cup almond butter or tahini

   •   1–2 tbsp I Am Hot Honey (drizzle inside + extra for topping)

   •   Crushed cacao nibs or dark chocolate chips

   •   Chopped pistachios or walnuts

   •   Sea salt flakes (optional)

Instructions:

1. Slice each date open lengthwise (don’t cut all the way through).

2. Fill with a spoonful of almond butter or tahini.

3. Drizzle I Am Hot Honey inside each date.

4. Sprinkle with crushed cacao nibs and chopped nuts.

5. Finish with a light drizzle of I Am Hot Honey and a pinch of sea salt.

6. Chill for 10 minutes before serving (optional for firmer texture).
