For the Chicken

  • 500g chicken thighs or breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt + pepper

Sauce

  • ยฝ cup BBQ sauce
  • 3 tbsp I AM HOT HONEY
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

To Serve

  • Slider buns
  • Pickles
  • Slaw
  • Jalapeรฑos (optional)
  • Extra drizzle of I AM HOT HONEY ๐Ÿฏ

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ Method

1. Season & Cook

Rub chicken with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Grill or pan-fry until golden and cooked through.

2. Make the Sauce

In a small saucepan, combine BBQ sauce, I AM HOT HONEY, and apple cider vinegar. Simmer for 2โ€“3 minutes until sticky and glossy.

3. Toss & Assemble
