๐ Ingredients
For the Chicken
- 500g chicken thighs or breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt + pepper
Sauce
- ยฝ cup BBQ sauce
- 3 tbsp I AM HOT HONEY
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
To Serve
- Slider buns
- Pickles
- Slaw
- Jalapeรฑos (optional)
- Extra drizzle of I AM HOT HONEY ๐ฏ
๐ฉโ๐ณ Method
1. Season & Cook
Rub chicken with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Grill or pan-fry until golden and cooked through.
2. Make the Sauce
In a small saucepan, combine BBQ sauce, I AM HOT HONEY, and apple cider vinegar. Simmer for 2โ3 minutes until sticky and glossy.
3. Toss & Assemble
Coat the chicken in the hot honey BBQ glaze. Pile onto slider buns with crunchy slaw, pickles, and an extra drizzle of I AM HOT HONEY.
