Start your week with a dopamine delight — these Happy Gut Glow Bites are made with raw oats, coconut, a touch of turmeric, and the magic mood-boosting power of I Am Real Manuka Honey.

Recipe: Happy Gut Glow Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup shredded coconut
  • ¼ cup almond butter (or any nut/seed butter)
  • 2 tbsp I Am Real Manuka Honey
  • ½ tsp ground turmeric
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Optional: 1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseed for extra omega-3s
  • Optional: a few dark chocolate chips or dried mango pieces

Instructions:

  1. Mix everything in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Roll into bite-sized balls.
  3. Chill in fridge for 15–20 minutes to set.
  4. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days (if they last that long!).
