Start your week with a dopamine delight — these Happy Gut Glow Bites are made with raw oats, coconut, a touch of turmeric, and the magic mood-boosting power of I Am Real Manuka Honey.

Recipe: Happy Gut Glow Bites
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup shredded coconut
- ¼ cup almond butter (or any nut/seed butter)
- 2 tbsp I Am Real Manuka Honey
- ½ tsp ground turmeric
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of sea salt
- Optional: 1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseed for extra omega-3s
- Optional: a few dark chocolate chips or dried mango pieces
Instructions:
- Mix everything in a bowl until well combined.
- Roll into bite-sized balls.
- Chill in fridge for 15–20 minutes to set.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days (if they last that long!).
