HOT HONEY FIREBALL BITES

INGREDIENTS:

  • 100g cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 3 tbsp I Am Hot Honey
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ cup chopped almonds
  • 2 tbsp flax meal or chia seeds (to bind)
  • Optional: 2 tbsp desiccated coconut or sesame seeds (for rolling)

WHAT’S INSIDE YOUR JAR (and now, in these bites):

Manuka honey, ginger, chili, smoked paprika, wasabi, orange zest, apple cider vinegar, collagen, black garlic, Himalayan salt.

All of it. Already in the jar. No need to add anything extra.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a bowl, blend cream cheese with I Am Hot Honey until smooth and creamy.
  2. Stir in seeds and nuts until well distributed.
  3. Add flax or chia to bind. Let sit 5–10 minutes so the mix firms up.
  4. Roll into small balls. Coat with coconut or sesame, if desired.
  5. Chill in fridge for 20+ minutes and enjoy.
